but if you save the html elsewhere and copy the content, it'll paste as you want it to show..sorry, i can't phrase it better so it makes sense :(

you could type it into your lj, hit preview, and copy what shows up in the preview window into the compose box here. i know that's long and a pain, but that's the only way to get ♥ to show up in your entries right now.
